Dosher Announces "Triple E" Recipient for First Quarter of 2019

Doug Flynn is the latest and a highly deserving recipient of the Dosher Memorial Hospital Employees Exceeding Excellence, "Triple E" Award. Doug, a Patient Care Coordinator on the Patient Care Unit, ensures the success of patients who stay on the unit and manages the workflow of the patient's care. A Burlington, NC native and an avid Tarheel fan, and a staff member of four years at Dosher, Doug is known for going above and beyond for the patient and for his team oriented mindset among the staff. Triple E's are nominated by their peers on a quarterly basis and are recognized by the Dosher senior team in a lobby reception. Doug is an outstanding member of the Dosher team, who exemplifies the hospital's mission of being, "The friendliest, most patient focused hospital in North Carolina."
