Clicking on the top link below will provide you with a printable PDF Information Sheet about the Online Patient Portal for obtaining your Personal Health Record, such as lab test results, medications you received as an inpatient as well as your home medications, vital signs, allergies, immunizations, and health issues.

Clicking on the bottom link will take you to the Online Patient Portal Login Page.

Our hospital patient portal will transition to My Care Corner on August 31st. The link below will take you to the sign in page. Please contact Dosher Medical Records, M - F, 8am-4:30pm at 910-457-3863 for your unique access code to complete portal registration.

Please note that this transition applies to the hospital portal only and not for our clinics.
