Dosher Foundation Receives $1,000.00 Donation from Local Business


An elegant evening of wine tastings and cheese pairings raised $1,000.00 for the Dosher Memorial Hospital Foundation. The event, entitled "A Taste of Autumn," was the collaborative effort of three area businesses. Southport bed and breakfast LaPolena hosted over 60 guests who enjoyed wine and cheese pairings provided by Southport Wine store Uncorked by the Sea and the Southport Cheese Shoppe.

"We appreciate the generosity of LaPolena, in their decision to donate a portion of the event proceeds to Dosher," says Lynda Stanley, Dosher Memorial Hospital Foundation President. "I am thankful for the partnership of all three businesses in making this event a success."
