Dosher Partners with Local Agencies for HAZMAT Exercise

In November, Dosher teamed up with Brunswick County Emergency Services to conduct a HAZMAT exercise with Sunny Point Military Terminal, in an annual drill which coordinates preparedness with multiple agencies.

Carl Mauney, Dosher's Emergency Management Coordinator, oversaw the drill with Edward Conrow, the Emergency Services Director for Brunswick County.

A new decontamination tent, donated by the Dosher Hospital Volunteers, was utilized in the drill. The tent will be stored on the hospital premises and offers a rapid assembly, should it be needed in an emergency situation
