Nicole Jenkins is Dosher's Most Recent Triple E Recipient

Nicole Jenkins is the latest recipient of Dosher's Employees Exceeding Excellence "Triple E" Award. Nicole, a Surgical Technician with Dosher since 2003, is recognized for playing an integral role in the successful management of the OR. She is acknowledged for her work ethic, leadership skills, an extraordinary focus on detail, and her investment in successful outcomes for our patients.

Triple E's are nominated by their peers on a quarterly basis and are recognized by the Dosher senior team in a lobby reception. Nicole attributes her Triple E recognition to having a strong team in the OR with her and how well they support each other in meeting the common goal of safe, compassionate, high quality care for all patients.
