Dosher Welcomes Randy Jones to Hospital Board of Trustees

Randy Jones was sworn in as a new member of the Dosher Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees on April 24th. Jones was nominated by the Dosher Trustees to fill the unexpired term of Dr. Scott Starks, who resigned from the Dosher Board in March. The Board's nomination of Jones was submitted to and approved by the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners.

Jones is the Director of Tourism and the Public Information Officer for the City of Southport and is an active member of several civic organizations, including Downtown Southport, Inc., The Brunswick Arts Council, and the North Carolina Fourth of July Festival.

Jones stood beside the portrait of his great grandfather and hospital founder Dr. J. Arthur Dosher during the socially distant swearing in ceremony.
