Dosher Welcomes Dr. Ward

If you've been seeing a lot of Dosher's new family medicine physician Dr. Sarah Ward these days, we're happy to hear it.

You may have caught her recent Facebook Live series on Monday mornings, where she presents a 2 minute health topic talk to our viewers. You may have watched her video on the Dosher website homepage, where she discusses her passion for family medicine.

Dosher recently had the opportunity to formally welcome Dr. Ward to our organization with a ribbon cutting ceremony organized by the Southport-Oak Island Chamber of Commerce. We are thrilled to have Dr. Ward on the Dosher medical staff, and we know her patients will appreciate her commitment to their health.

Tune into Facebook Live every Monday at 11:30 am for a two minute health topic talk with Dr. Ward. These two minute videos do not take the place of a consultation with a health care provider and are meant to offer useful information on relevant health issues. Once the live broadcast is over, the video is accessible for viewing on the Dosher Memorial Hospital Facebook Page. Dosher encourages our community members to consult with a physician directly if they have questions or concerns about their health or a medical condition.
